Once your order has shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email notification with a tracking information. Please also check your email. This email will have all your shipping information and ways to track your order. 
There may be additional shipping delays due to high order volumes.  
If you cannot find your order shipment confirmation email you can track your order by CLICKING HERE .

Our goal at derozzy is process and ship orders quickly.  Once you have received your confirmation email, the order has already been sent for processing and cannot be adjusted or cancelled.  

 

You can return unused items within 30 days of purchase.   Artificial damage is not refundable.   Last chance or clearance items are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.   

 

Due to additional quarantine measures around return shipments, please allow up to 10 business days, from the receipt of your return package, to process your returns. You will receive an email notification once your return is processed. Please allow up to 5 additional business days for the funds to be credited to your original payment method.
